1.         How do I pay for my order? - We accept all major credit cards through our website whether you are ordering on behalf of your organisation or making a private purchase. All payments are processed through PayPal which provides additional security when using your payment cards online.

2.         How long will my delivery take? - Orders are despatched as quickly as possible. We meet most orders within 7-10 working days from date of receipt. Occasionally items may be in short supply, in which case, to avoid any further delay, we forward the bulk order with the balance to follow.

3.         Do you have a minimum order charge? - We have no minimum order charge.

4.         How do I arrange a return? - You must notify our customer service team on 01-8223355 to arrange a return. We can only accept return of goods within 28 days of purchase. Please notify us of any shortage or damage within 3 days of delivery.

5.         Can you supply a product that doesn’t appear on your website? - We will always try to source items for you that don’t appear online or in our catalogue where possible. Please note that these items are likely to have a longer lead time and would be non-returnable. Please contact us with your requirements and we will send you a quotation.

6.         What if my parcel does not arrive? We ask if you could patiently wait up to 2 days after the promised delivery date to receive your parcel in case of a delivery delay, but we will do our best to get your parcel to you as fast as we can. If you have still not received your order after this time, please contact us stating your order number and we will look into this for you.

7.         Where do you deliver to? - We can delivery to anywhere in Ireland.

8.         How can I find our more information about a product? - If you can't find the information you need about a product, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll try our best to help you.
